Scott Pippin is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education and Sports Medicine. He attended Graduate School at Mississippi State University and graduated with a Masters Degree in Health Education and Administration.
Pippin has more than 20 years of executive healthcare experience in operations, marketing and development, executive management, and physician practice operations. Scott has held multiple positions as Chief Executive Officer for both large independent Primary Care Physician groups as well as Sub Specialty groups. Scott has served in executive management roles with several large healthcare systems, most recently with Orlando Health as Director of Physician Development and Operations. Previously Scott also held positions as Director of Marketing, Administrator, and Regional Vice President with a large independent healthcare company with operational responsibility covering multiple states and multiple facilities.
Pippin joined NEA Baptist Clinic in 2016 and his roles and responsibilities include operational oversight of several physician specialty departments as well as operational oversight of the NEA Baptist Call Center, IT departments, Food Services Department and Care Coordination department. His professional activities include membership in Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and he is on the Board of Directors for The Learning Center, in Jonesboro, AR.
Scott has been married to his wife Loy who he met in college for more than 26 years and they are the proud parents of two teenage boys Alex and Jackson. In his spare time Scott likes to spend time traveling with his family and is an avid golfer.
