If you are 16 years of age or older, you may schedule your vaccination by clicking: https://www.baptistonline.org/covid-19 Walk-In Vaccinations are also available in the Main Clinic during the hours of operation and available by appointment at NEA Baptist Family Medicine Clinics throughout the region.
