CLINICAL TEAM AND REHABILITATION SPECIALISTS

Rehabilitation can be complex, requiring the hands and talents of different specialists from varied disciplines. Our clinical teams are led by medical doctors with rehabilitation and internal medicine expertise. Teams also include physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, rehabilitation nurses, social workers, case managers and recreational therapists. Other physician specialties are available for consultation should the need arise.

As our teams work with patients, we also provide families with clear guidance, support and education to prepare for life after discharge.
